Is the 20/20 Club insurance?
No. It is an in-house membership that provides members-only cash-pay pricing and benefits. It is not insurance and does not replace vision benefits.
Is there an annual commitment?
There is no long term commitment. You may cancel at any time. If you choose to cancel before the end of your annual term, any remaining balance will be due at the time of cancellation.
Is retinal imaging included?
Yes. Retinal imaging (Optomap & OCT) is included annually with every member visit — at no additional cost.
Can I still use my vision insurance?
Yes, we gladly accept vision insurance. However, the 20/20 Club memberships are designed as direct-pay programs, meaning services and benefits are provided directly between you and our office rather than being filed through insurance. This allows us to offer additional member-only discounts and maintain a more streamlined, patient-centered experience without potential insurance restrictions or claim approvals.
Can I use my membership discounts anytime?
Most membership discounts may be used throughout the year as often as needed. However, the 50% off second pair benefit must be applied at the same time as a qualifying primary pair purchase that receives the standard member frame and lens discount (20–30%, depending on eyewear type). Additional restrictions may apply - please check with our office if you have any additional questions.
Can I upgrade from 20/20 Essentials to All Access?
Yes. You may upgrade your membership at any time. When you switch to All Access, your membership will reset to a new 12-month payment schedule based on the All Access plan. Your upgraded benefits become available immediately, including contact lens fittings and renewals, 10% savings on contact lens orders, and complimentary home shipping on eligible contact purchases.
